• Design Services - SuperFloors employs full-time professional designers who assist homebuyers with upgrade selections. These designers also work with the builders in designing model homes.
• Field Technicians - Field technicians pre and post inspect for job readiness and quality to ensure that the job is being done correct the first time. These field technicians also handle warranty issues.
• Job Coordinators - Job coordinators professionally manage the process for the homebuilder and homebuyer after the initial relationship is set up.
• Customer Service Department - The customer service department fields and responds to all warranty and repair calls by dispatching field technicians to satisfy issues. SuperFloors service policy mandates that warranty and repair issues be resolved within 72 hours of the initial call.
• Scheduling Department - The scheduling department professionally manages the scheduling of all installations and ensures the timeliness of completed jobs. 
• Installation Crews - 200 Qualified Sub-Contract Crews. This pool of labor is the largest in its respective markets and allows SuperFloors to respond to the seasonal surges in business that the smaller operators cannot handle.
